Moelfre. Statue to Dic Evans, double Gold medal holder and coxswain until 1970. The statue was originally sculpted by Ms Sam Holland and unveiled by HRH Prince Charles 23/11/2004. Dic was awarded Gold Medals for services to the Hindlea and the Nafsiporos. Featured in Nigel Millard's book The Lifeboat: Courage on our Coasts page 201.
